Work sometimes seems to get in the way of our "Me" time. And if you're a yoga enthusiast, like me, a mid-afternoon session of yoga could go a long way as well as bring an extra spiritual, mental and physical lift throughout the rest of your day.
Now, this is not to say that I don't encourage you to bust out your downward dog in the conference room. More power to you! But if that's not an option, you can practice yoga right at your desk.
